“Is it safe to wear a cloth mask over a FLTR95 mask?”

• Good day Janie, Thank you for your interest in our FLTR product. We always follow the CDC guidelines. As per their recent update, the secondary mask is to enusre a snug fit and that there is at least two or more amount of layers of covering. If you find the FLTR95 masks provides a snug fit alone then it is not necessary to wear an additional mask as the FLTR95 masks consists of 5 layers of polypropolene. If you are placing an additional mask on please be sure that it is breathable for you.

• Yes. My mom wears a cloth mask purchased at a mass merchant over this mask without any problem

• You can wear a cloth mask over a FLTR95. It won’t harm the mask at all and double masking is being recommended right now with the newer variants of COVID-19 going around.

• The CDC recommends the use of two masks. I use this one with a cloth mask that fits over this product. Can’t be too safe. Great product
