While this FoodSaver is capable of sealing liquids, we recommend our customers to pre-freeze their soups and stews before sealing them. Because liquids expand when frozen, sealing one before freezing it first might cause the expanding liquid to breach the integrity of the vacuum seal. Thank you and please stay safe!
