The GC3 Essentials Plus package includes a lifetime subscription to all software. They also sell the GC3S for a significantly lower price at around $3,800 and you pay $500/year for the software. This is smart on Foresight’s part. It gives you a choice between paying more for the hardware, but no ongoing fees to pay later, or pay about half for the hardware and pay as you go for the software. It’s the same approach Tesla has for their supervised full self drive mode.
