“Can you please send a diagram for the gas and the electric plugin. I would also like to know if the unit has a quick connect for the gas and if the gas line is included as well as the electrical plug. Thanks”

I've attached from the Forno Manual pics of the electrical and gas connections needed. There is not a quick disconnect for the gas included. I do suggest you have a licensed plumber come in to connect the gas line if you are not comfortable with doing it yourself. I did it myself but I've done connections before.
