• i got this too, i recieved the game wednesday, and the store hadn't been updated. If you still see the error code the store may have accepted it already, in which case go manage game on xbox one (highlight forza 7, hit menu) then click manage game, and under install your vip should be waiting for you there. Hope this helps.

• The game officially releases October 3rd so that might have something to do with it.
