“What is the sensitivity of this watch in regards to the activity stats and keeping these logs? I have a Gen 4 and the stats do not keep well and honestly I have noticed the stats go in reverse on my Gen 4 Fossil”

It's pretty good. Tracks my sleep and automatically tracks my workouts pretty well. I mainly do treadmill running and it can tell when I'm doing that exercise.
