• You can but leather doesn't do well in the water. You can easy swap a silicon band when your swimming and switch back to the leather as desired.

• While it is technically water resistant to 98 ft, I wouldn't recommend taking a leather band into the water. The chlorine will degrade the leather very quick and make it dull and brittle. Get a nice quality nylon or silicone band and it should hold up just fine.

• Yes you can, but since I returned it, can't remember whether if it is 30m or 50m water resistant. Look at the Website.
