When you click “Redeem Now,” some users are shown a one-month trial by default. The three-month trial that comes with the purchase should still be available, but it may require signing in with the correct Apple ID or redeeming it through the setup screen of the device. If you don’t see the full three-month offer, try restarting the app or checking your subscriptions section. If it still doesn’t appear, Apple Support can activate the correct trial for you.
