A:AnswerAre you referring to this link apple.co/BBYredeem ? It should redirect you to Apple Music and ask to scan or enter the code in manually. You can do this also by going to Apple store clicking your name at the top right you will see redeem gift card or code and just paste the code in. It can be done in iTunes or music as well
