So my only conclusion was to call Apple customer service and they help me with the process they told me to go to apple.com and they gave me a website to go to And they tell me to make an account with this free Promo Apple Music and if you do have an account with Apple they will explain the process step-by-step with you. It is a very easy process and they will work with you and they will help you no matter if you make a mistake you just explain to them what happened. Apple news is the same you just have to call the Apple customer service and they will give you the details step-by-step to activate the free promo subscription
