QuestionFree Apple news+ link doesn’t work, all the Apple products I’ve bought with free trails never work from Best Buy , they should give you a code instead of a link that doesn’t work. I will just buy everything for Amazon.

- Answer Here's what worked for me: When I clicked on the "Redeem Now" button on my laptop, it just opened the Apple News app with no instructions. When I clicked to Redeem on my phone, it gave me an error message — but it displayed the URL — which includes the code. Look for the word "code=" in the URL, followed by 12 characters, all uppercase. That is your code. Enter that code in the app store by following these instructions from the earlier comment: "Go to App Store - Click on your profile/photo on top right - Click in Redeem Gift Card or Code - Enter the code manually and click on’Redeem’ on top right - This will pop-up confirmation screen for subscription. Accept to start your subscription." Good luck!

QuestionAfter entering my code once, I’m stuck on the code redeem page with a gray loading screen. If I swap over to safari I am prompted to enter my Apple ID pw several times but then it says “already redeemed” & news app doesn’t show my 4 mo trial. Anyone else?

- Answer You should get an email from Best Buy with a code. There should also be a link in the email to Apple that you can click on to redeem the code. You can also open the App Store app on your iPhone and click on the Apps tab. If you scroll all the way to the bottom of that tab there is a link to redeem codes.

- Answer The link will open to a "bad" 404. Try editing the link and removing the following [PROMOCODE] This "should" direct you to the right location and you'll be prompted to enter your Apple ID and it should confirm your 4 months. Worked for me today.
