Make sure to always keep your receipts and proper email you give. They'll ask you for it if you have to call.

Please try again later.Check your email or check the Best Buy app for sometime it be on there which where's your points come from so it might be on there or if you haven't got rid of your receipt check on your receipt cuz sometime and do pop up on there it takes a few days and might take a couple weeks I ain't even going to lie but don't lose your information and sometimes you have to go back and that's fine just check because it do pop up so keep an eye on it cuz you don't want to lose it.
