I had same problem and customer care kept saying you should received email later they sent another email which I received but it didn't work. They ask to try later but nothing worked. Its fake scheme

Please try again later.Go to the Best Buy site, look for the 3 bars in upper left corner and click on ...go down to ACCOUNT, select purchases and take a screenshot of your purchase and FREE gift offer, send to Apple Support, they can resend your email to get your offer.
