When you get your Apple TV home you have to hook it up to your TV with your HDMI cable and hook it up to Internet and set it up through your iPhone with your iCloud ID and password on the Apple TV then once you do that then you can start using your three month trial for free and then after the three month trial is over then you have to start paying Apple through Apple Pay when you want to buy something that is not free on the Apple TV
