Unfortunately, you must have that code to get the promotion My advice would be to check your spam folder sometimes it goes there or reach out to your nearest Best Buy for further assistance

When you click on the link from your email, the code will automatically be "entered" by the link. The code itself should be in your Purchases section of your Best Buy account. Go to your purchase history and search for the specific order/item that you bought to receive this offer. Right below that order, you should see the Apple TV offer and to the right of it should be a Redeem Now & Resend Email options. The code should also be there as well.
