• I think it’s upon activation, but check with customer service to make sure! I think it gives you a deadline to activate using the code that was emailed, so it’s not like you have forever to wait before you use it!

• I ordered Nov '22 and the code said it was good through May '23 - but the code is for 7 days not 3 months free.
