Never received any emails to download product null

Apple – Apple TV+ free for 3 months (new or eligible returning subscribers only)

Maybe try reaching out to customer support to get help. The email should have been sent to you the same day of “free” purchase, but there may have been a glitch with your account or email. Also, did you check your spam box? It’s not a product to download per se, but you will need the AppleTV app. BB will email a code to start your 3-month free period.

Log in & check digital download tab or check your spam.

Well I guess you just have to do it yourself if you want more information
