Best Buy does not send you the code unless you call them to get the code. This purchase is just a pretense to get your credit card information. I could never get the offer to download and Best Buy staff cannot figure out how to get it to work. I tried to cancel but no one knows how to cancel. Do yourself a favor, Don't buy this.
