With us not personally knowing your neighbors I can’t ensure no complaints will be made during use of this treadmill.
Known for this particular machine it is a higher end treadmill and does offer a higher horsepower motor, which tends to result in a higher volume during use. If your neighbors are hard of hearing we highly recommend this treadmill. If they are more sensitive to treadmill motors and the noise they emit complaints may be made.
