Sorry, there was a problem. Please try again later.I really cant answer that question. I have not had any problems with my microwave. Just a guess or subjestion, maybe unplugging, wait a minute and plug it back in.... as I said I am just throwing an idea out there. If that doesn't work, then maybe company needs to replace it.
Sorry, there was a problem. Please try again later.I did noticed when we first installed the microwave, the buttons were a little sensitive. Uncertain if that is your issue or something else. I would call customer service asap.
