Mike: Microwave takes a lot of power. Did you check your breaker. If breaker is tripped you may need a dedicated breaker just for the microware and you will need an electrician. Check to see if the install is correct. If that's Ok call Frigidaire. Their number is in your papers that came with the microware. Try this number. 800-944-9044. Hope this helps.

If the unit is plugged in and there is power to the plug this is likely out of your DIY range. I would check the breaker in the main panel and then the plug for any reset buttons. If you can't get it to work with simple troubleshooting then you will likely need to contact a professional.
