A:AnswerOver the range microwaves require a minimum 66" mounting height from floor to top of the microwave. This allows for approximately 13"-16" between the range top and the bottom front of the microwave. Mine is roughly 16" above the range top, and it's at a comfortable height.
A:AnswerI found it to be fairly bright. My microwave is at the minimum distance from the range top, though. If you are placing it higher up, the light might not be bright enough. For our installation, though, it's perfect.
A:AnswerI had the same question and ended up going to the manufacturer for the answer. Unfortunately, the answer is that you can't. No microwaving after dark unless you want to sit on top of the machine and open the door with only a couple of seconds left....that will avoid the beeps.

Based on your manual, you would not be able to use "Timer" and "Cook Time" options at the same time on your Frigidaire Over-the-Range Microwave. There would be the multiple stage cooking option that I might suggest. Specifications on how to do this can be found in the Owner’s Manual.
