this one uses a ( J hook type bracket at the back, that you lift the bottom rear on to and then 3 screws though the over head cabinet and your done, as long as u use the template you will be fine , as for size you will have to check your measurements , 2 people required to install, one to hold and one to set the three screws , it is a good model , don't buy the previous versions of this unit , the stainless comes off
