“I set my cook time for 1 min, I turn it on but it goes off in 5 seconds. Basically any time I set it for it goes off in 5 seconds. I must of hit something by mistake, but I don't know what.”

Hello, Mo12345. We’re sorry to hear you’ve had trouble setting the cook time, and we’d like to see if we can help! You should be able to select to the number keys 1, 2, or 3 to start a 1, 2, or 3 minute heating cycle (this option will only work using the 1, 2 or 3 number keys). If setting a different heating time outside of 1, 2, or 3 minutes, first press the “Time Cook” key, then use the number keys to entire the desired heating time, and touch the “Start” key to begin heating at that entered time.
