A:AnswerHi, Offgrid! The wattage of this model is between 90 and 140, and the running amps are 0.7 to 1.2. If you are looking to run this fridge off a generator, we recommend a 500 watt model. ~Ashton
A:AnswerHi there. The temperature control within the freezer is a dial that you can turn between Cold, Colder, and Coldest. The fresh food section has a push button control that can also be set to Cold, Colder, and Coldest. An illustration of both controls is available to view on page 9 of the owner's manual. Kindly, Anna
A:AnswerHi, JC. Thanks for your question. A garage heater kit is not required for this model; it performs well between a 50 and 110-degree ambient. Below 50 degree ambient, the freezer control should be adjusted to the coldest setting. The fridge will operate down to 39 degrees ambient, but there is the risk of food items freezing in the fresh food compartment. To reduce the risk of food freezing, the fresh food control should be adjusted to a warmer setting. If you have any additional questions about our refrigerators, please join us via Live Chat. -Derrick

A:AnswerI'm running mine off a 2k inverter that powers my entire 30' trailer. We dumped our old 3-way trailer model and went to this. No regrets!
According to the power readings on my inverter, it draws about 10A when running, but only runs the compressor for a few minutes per hour so it's been very economical.
I'd recommend no less than an 800W inverter to handle surge.
A:AnswerI don't think that the answer given is correct. The width with the door open at 90 degrees should be almost exactly the width of the fridge, 23-3/4 inches.
A:AnswerThat answer is unhelpful I'm sure to the OP, but also to me. I have a space for a fridge that is 25 1/2 inches wide and the door needs to be able to open in this space. This question gets asked on about every listing for a fridge and every time the answer given is the depth. We are asking for the WIDTH.
Basically, is there any space added to the WIDTH when the doors are opened? If so, how much?
