“Why is this model on the replacement list? I've purchased this item a week ago. And I don't think it is working well. When I call Bestbuy, service providers they say that the model is on the replacement list. What does that mean and what can I do for this under-performing unit?”

I'm actually with Frigidaire not Best Buy, so it is hard for me to say exactly. My guess is that they are telling you that they will replace the unit for you instead of getting it serviced. Thank you, Frigidaire
