- Answer Thank you for your question! This model does not come with a mounting bracket. A bracket shouldn't be required if the unit is installed properly; however, one can be purchased for additional support if you choose to include it. . You can aquire a bracket by calling 1-800-599-7569.

- Answer Yes, this is a very quiet unit. At low fan speed, the noise level is approximately 52db, at medium approximately 56db, and at high approximately 60db. Thank You, Frigidaire

You may be interested in our convertible air conditioners that can be accommodated from a window to a wall such as model FRA104ZU1, appliances such as these come with chassis. QuestionRandomly shuts off.For some reason, this unit shut off randomly. The remote will not respond either. After a few minutes, it came back on for a few seconds, then turned back off. All breakers are fine and the TEST/RESET buttons work on the plug. The numbers and lights on the unit are not turned on either. The only thing that works is the TIMER. Is this normal operation?

- Answer Thank you for interest in our home comfort appliances. Based upon the information you have provided, we would recommend that you consider this such model and other 10,000 BTU models to fit your needs. This particular model, as well many of our air conditioners, has a height of 14 1/2" which may not fit your wall's opening however you are safe when it comes to the 19" width. We suggest that you consider either a smaller BTU size or extending your opening to at least 15".

QuestionHow far does the unit extend outdoors from the window's glass?I have limited space outside the window due to a walkway. With a total depth of 17", how much of this depth is behind the windows glass? How do your 21" deep models compare? Thank you.

- Answer On the inside, the A/C front is approximately 5 1/4 inch . On the outside it sticks out about 15 1/4 inch
