Sorry, there was a problem. Please try again later.Hi Ken, it sounds like your unit has lost its proper setting of an 11 minute ice making cycle. You can reset the ice making program as follows: Unplug the unit. Press and hold the "Clean" button and at the same time plug in the power and press the +- button to make program settings. The default when settings are lost is 00. 11 is the proper fixed time to make ice.
