Sorry, there was a problem. Please try again later.Ours behaves oddly every now and then where the water stops and doesn't get going, or at first start up, it seems to take forever (minutes.) I get ours to get the pump going again by unplugging it, turn it back on, making sure there is water in the back tank, as well as the front, then toggling the "float" that is in the front tank up and down. Sometimes it takes a couple tries with the toggling, but it always finally starts up again. Seems sketchy, but it's still cranking out the ice, even when it appears to be on strike. Good luck.
