“We purchased two of these in the summer of 2020. From the beginning, both have big chunks of ice on the back wall and only get to 43 degrees. What am I doing wrong? They are inside below a counter but there is clearance for air. Thanks”

Ours works perfectly so far (6 weeks) and under the counter with sufficient air flow. As with most items made in China, quality control is lacking. Sometimes good, sometimes bad. Sorry to hear your problem.
