Good day, Christian! The lines are usually mounted just outside of the plastic liner of the unit, in between that liner and the insulation layer. ~Lauren
Sorry, there was a problem. Please try again later.Doesn't matter. Don't buy anything from Best Buy. Their delivery team is incompetent and dysfunctional. It took me almost 3 months to finally get this freezer delivered. Customer support was no help at all. Home Depot or Lowes is a better bet for getting what you need. I manage a business that depends on these freezers being delivered on time. For a $700 freezer, Best Buy almost cost us $40,000 in revenue. Home Depot stepped up and saved the day. Hope this saves you a ton aggravation.
