• The drainage hole is located underneath on the bottom left.

• Hi MB! Thank you for your inquiry. It has a drain hole underneath of the air conditioner. If there is excessive moisture or it is very humid, your air conditioner may possibly drain from the bottom. We hope this helps! -Thanks!-
