“The drainage hole is supposedly underneath the unit. Where exactly? I have examined it and do not see one. Can you tell me the location in more detail than "it is on the bottom"? Thank you”

Hi MB! Typically, the drain hose is located underneath the air conditioner on the bottom left on certain models. All of our air conditioners recycle the water, there is a sling on the fan that picks up the water and disperses it on to the condenser coils; which helps evaporates the water.
