• Hi Rob! The water from your air conditioner actually evaporates. If there is excessive moisture or it is very humid, your air conditioner may possibly drain from the bottom or rear. We hope this helps! –Thanks!-

• Yes, the unit drains from the rear. This is accomplished by installing it with a slight downward angle at the rear of the case.
