• Without going into a big deal. 110/115/120 volt, is the normal line voltage. It is preferred to call the line voltage 115V. Factors include; distance from service panel to outlet, What else may be tied to the same breaker used?, it would be wise to do a load test. What Frigidaire is stating is 115v VAC minimum to avoid voltage drop, possible motor and or compressor damage. Hope this helps some
