Good question. We have just bought this one and we had exactly the same concern. We had less room that you but we liked the fridge so much that, to make it work, we modified the cupboard above it (moved the bottom shelf up and fitted new doors to suit the smaller cupboard height!). I've just measured our fridge now - it's close to 70.5" to the top of the hinges at each side and the top of the doors across the front. This height includes the fact that we had to adjust the front feet down to level it - actually making it higher at the front. But I'm sure this adjustment didn't even add half an inch. So, even with the feet adjusted back "up" (minimum height) if our floor was flat, I think it would still be over 70+ tall. Note that the top of the fridge itself (between the hinges and behind the doors) is almost an inch lower than the hinges and door top. So the clearance issue is at the edges. But I doubt this helps you - and in any case you really need a gap at the top (and around the sides and back) for air flow. I would recommend you try to see one in a store and measure it up yourself against your clearance situation. FYI, we're still happy with it and really like it's layout and space. Also note: our delivery experience was bad and, amongst other issues, we had to do the leveling ourselves even though we paid to have it done as part of delivery. I elected to fix it myself simply because I didn't want to have their "professionals" back (they weren't). I would post negative feedback on this but to do that I'd have to create a Best Buy account - which I don't want to do.
