QuestionDoes delivery hook up to a copper water line? Line is what we currently have for ice maker in dead fridge.

- Answer Um, no they don't!! I set it it up for delivery with installation and as soon as they walked in they said "nope we don't touch copper lines" so we had to do it ourselves. Now there seems to be a problem with the ice machine and they expect me to pay for their support,! Haven't even had the refrigerator for a week!!!!

- Answer I am like you-many do not want it. Yes can turn it off but if you have dedicated water "valve" to the fridge...keep a line connected to the valve at least...so you can test the valve once + awhile in a bucket...Know that this is another hole in an otherwise insulated unit. Ug!

- Answer Found the first time after hook up it took a long time to make the first batch of ice. After that it became quicker, but it is slower than our last refrigerator. It also doesn’t make a lot of ice at a time. Eventually the bucket will fill up.

- Answer The freezer has drawers which can be removed….but then you would only have bottom area for storage…I wouldn’t recommend removing them as they are great for organizing freezer items
