Our temp has been on the recommended 37 degrees since the day of installation. We've had no problems with anything freezing.

Try adjusting the humidity control to allow for more air flow in and out of the drawer. Allow 24 hours for the temperature to stabilize after the adjustment. We hope this was helpful to you. -JR
