Hi Cupcake06! Thank you for your question. "DEMO" (or "0F 0F" or "77 77") on a Frigidaire FRFG1723AV indicates showroom or demo mode, which disables the compressor and cooling system. Lights and display panels work, but the unit will not cool. It is designed for store displays, not home use. To turn off demo mode on a Frigidaire FRFG1723AV refrigerator, press and hold the "-" (minus) button and the "Reset Water Filter" button simultaneously for approximately 3 to 5 seconds. The display should flash and return to normal, with the "OF 0F" (or "de de") code disappearing. -Chris
