To remove the CrispSeal drawer for cleaning:
1. Pull the drawer out until it stops.
2. Lift the front slightly and remove the drawer.
Change the Position of a Shelf
1. Remove all food from shelf.
2. Lift the front edge up and pull the shelf out.
3. Replace by inserting the mounting bracket hooks into the desired support slots.
4. Lower the shelf and lock into position.

A:AnswerDid you resolve this issue? I cannot fit the two bottom door bins in at all. I contacted customer service and they sent the same wrong bins out again. Turns out the parts manual has the right picture but the part number relates to the same wrong part. I am planning to escalate to them on Monday but wondering if anyone resolved this another way
