Q: Questionis there a clean out on the bottom of the freezer? my freezer has a puddle of water on the floor in the front left-hand side .

• A:Answer Hi, rose! Thank you for this inquiry and for bringing this up. Yes, there is. The unit comes with a basket (pan drain in the parts manual) and a garden hose attachment feature hidden behind a cover of the cabinet. See page 22: Figure 1 of the complete owner's manual on what the pan drain looks like and to further locate it. You may continue to the next page for your options on the draining. Q: QuestionDo the glass shelves scratch easy? I want to put acrylic freezer bins on top of the shelves to organize food, yet will I need to pick them up or can I just slide them out without harming the glass. Also, how deep are the shelves on the door?

• A:Answer Hi there, our valued customer! Door bin height is 3.67". To remove the door bin, push in on each side of the door bin to release it from the locking tabs. Lift up on the bin and pull it straight out. -Chris

• A:Answer Mine was unboxed and they took all the wrapping off and set it up in my garage. To answer your question it is preset to the right temp when delivered. I could have unboxed it and plugged it in myself. Hope this helps. I believe they are no longer setting up anything. Think this just started in September. Big mistake on their part.
