Hello, Seran. We appreciate your inquiry. The freeze boost button is located on top of the control settings. The Sabbath Mode disables the temperature control knob and mutes all sounds (except the high temperature alert). The LED light at the bottom of the cabinet flashes, and the high temperature alert sounds until you deactivate Sabbath Mode. Press and hold the "Sabbath Mode" button for several seconds. This button is typically labeled as such and may have an icon representing the Sabbath.
