The previous answer is not accurate. If it's "garage ready" (the industry term has somewhat changed meaning over the years), below 55°F is not a problem for it. Another option is to install castors on the bottom to have it off the freezing cement or have on a small pallet. If you do need to install a heater kit, there are walk throughs online where you can also install a switch to turn the heater off and on.

It is recommended to not install the refrigerator where the temperature will drop below 55°F (13°C) or rise above 110°F (43°C). The compressor will not be able to maintain proper temperatures inside the refrigerator. -CiCi
