“Why would water collect under bins at the bottom of the refrigerator? Have to sponge out water every two weeks or it runs out on floor. Everything is operating correctly. Does turn on frequently. Coils were cleaned recently and seals seem ok.”

Have you tried installing an ice maker? Try checking the water line connection and use sealant tape
