Hi there! Thank you for reaching out. For the Frigidaire refrigerator model FRFG2011AV, the replaceable water filter is inside the refrigerator — it’s not something that sits externally on the floor connected to the water line. Most modern Frigidaire fridges with a water dispenser and ice maker have an internal filter that sits in a housing within the fresh food compartment, typically in the upper right-hand corner of that compartment. You open the fridge door and either twist or pull out the filter from its housing when it’s time to replace it. - Patrick
