For the Frigidaire refrigerator model FRFG2011AV, the replaceable water filter is inside the refrigerator — it’s not something that sits externally on the floor connected to the water line. Most modern Frigidaire fridges with a water dispenser and ice maker have an internal filter that sits in a housing within the fresh food compartment, typically in the upper right-hand corner of that compartment. You open the fridge door and either twist or pull out the filter from its housing when it’s time to replace it. - Patrick

QuestionWhy are items freezing in the refrigerator? The actual temperature inside of the refrigerator is 10-20 degrees colder than what is displayed. I've increased the temperature to the highest setting (43 Fahrenheit) and food/beverages are still freezing.

This model is not a zero-clearance refrigerator, so it cannot be placed directly flush against a wall; some side and rear clearance is needed to ensure proper ventilation and to allow the doors to open fully. Regarding the bottom glass shelf above the two drawers, this shelf is listed as a fixed shelf in the refrigerator section, so it is not designed to be fully removable, though it may be possible to slide it slightly for cleaning purposes.
