Hi James! Thank you for your interest in our product! Do not install the appliance where the temperature will drop below 38°F (3°C) or rise above 110°F (43°C). The compressor will not be able to maintain proper temperatures inside the appliance. -Chris
Sorry, there was a problem. Please try again later. We are very disappointed with the performance of this refrigerator. It was installed in our garage in mid-November and never worked properly from the start. We gradually set the refrigerator temperature to the warmest possible setting and everything was freezing. Beverage cans were exploding (even some beer and wine was getting slushy). Orange juice containers and apples were rock solid frozen. It took us a couple of hours to clean up the mess and we now keep the refrigerator empty. We had a Frigidaire repair person out a week ago. He said that it is a common problem because of thin insulation, and the refrigerator may only work well for 8 months out of the year. He said to try placing a moving blanket over the unit or move it to an interior wall where the temperature may be 10-15 degrees warmer. We are not sure what we are going to do next.
