There is water at the dispenser and the green button is on but no water going in the tray

In front of the ice bin. It lights up. Did you connect it to a water source and turn that on?

Yes there is a button that lights up green when you push it. When you open the freezer door and open the ice container flap, it should be on the front. It would be lit up green if it is on. It’s a round button.
