If it is a matter of just connecting the tube to the frig, they will do it. It is easy, so I could do mine myself.

Please try again later.When I purchased the fridge they wanted to know if I wanted the waterline kit the salesman told me that the setup crew would hook it up for me I didn't purchase the kit because I already had a line in my house which the delivery guys hooked up for me anyway
Sorry, there was a problem. Please try again later.They should install it, but if your water line needs modified you will need to do it yourself. This not hard if you already have a tap present, it is just a compression fitting that attaches the new line to your existing one. If your line is crimped or deformed you will need a small pipe cutter to cut out the bad part. Other than that a couple of wrenches and a straight head should be all you need.
