“I just got this refrigerator and every time I open it, it pulls away from the wall. Even the suction of the door handle will make it move. I had the installer come back out and was told the design does not have stops on the wheels. True?”

• Mine did at first too. But once it settles it will be just fine.

• Thank you for reaching out to us, Kim! This refrigerator FFSS2315TS does not have brakes on the castor wheels. The suction from the new gasket will cause the refrigerator to move, overtime the gasket will l loosen up. We hope this information is helpful to you. –Thanks!-
